Stonegate Banking Services is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
