Rivermark Orchard Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
