Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Las Vegas serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
