Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Salt Lake City with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
