Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
