Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Stonegate Field Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
