Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Redstone Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Wichita with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
