Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Amber Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
