Northwind Rowan Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
