Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
