Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Northwind Forge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tulsa. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
