Greenridge Banking Services is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
