Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
