Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Transit Planning Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
