Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Cedar Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
