Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services is a regional lender in Pittsburgh with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
