Bright Wren Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Birmingham, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
