Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Works and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
