We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
