Nova Harbor Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
