Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Bright Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Providence. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
