Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Amberfield Junction Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Fresno and nearby communities. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
