Content Writer - website copy (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge.
