Bright Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Providence focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
