Nova Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Providence. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Providence. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
