Content Writer - website copy (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Providence. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
