Ironwood Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Portland. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
