Fernwood Nest Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Portland. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 277 people based in Portland. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing.
