Content Writer - website copy (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Pittsburgh with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
