Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Phoenix working with agencies and riders, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Basic SEO knowledge.
