Nova Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oakland, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge.
