Westbrook Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Minneapolis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
