We are growing our team at Northwind Union Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files.
