We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
