Content Writer - website copy (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Milwaukee across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
