Summit Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Milwaukee presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
