Bright Union Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Madison focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. We invest in training. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
