Rivermark West Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Louisville area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
