Content Writer - website copy (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
