Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
