Ironwood Amber Press produces print and digital publications in Houston. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
