Content Writer - website copy (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fern Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
