We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
