Content Writer - website copy (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fresno, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
