Lumen Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files.
