We are growing our team at Summit Forge Transit Planning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
