Lumen Linden Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Dallas with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
