Highbridge Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Charlotte. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
