Bright Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Charlotte serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge.
