Stonegate Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer programmes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge.
